Delay-Dependent Stability Analysis of Load Frequency Control for Power System With EV Aggregator

In this paper, the stability of load frequency control (LFC) for delayed power systems with an electric vehicle (EV) aggregator is studied based on Lyapunov theory and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Through mechanism analysis, LFC EV a proportional–integral–differential (PID) controller modeled. By constructing delay interval information correlation functional estimating its derivative using Wirtinger inequality extended reciprocally convex inequality, new analysis criterion proposed. Finally, in order to verify advantage, proposed method used discuss influence gains PID margins participation regulation.
